Services is good but order always something missing like I brought two 5 dollar bags but I only had four items in the bag also my child kid meal didn't have a toy and my bacon jr didn't have any bacon

Wendy's good but when we pick up the orders It would be nice to make sure the bags are closed

Picked up my daughter from work because she was on her lunch break. Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru, to only be told the system was down. There were three cars ahead of me waiting at the window. We left the line and went to McDonald’s. I decided to call Wendys to confirm, spoke w/Brandon, he said he was the manager. Brandon said the lobby was open and the system wasn’t down. Brandon then proceeded to yell at me, in an attempt to get me to understand he had no clue why I was told that. The service here is ALWAYS horrible, but my daughter prefers Wendys. This also is not the 1st time we were told the systems were down. It’s always when the lines are backed up to Airline. I can only think this is their attempt at making the line appear to move quickly than it actually is. Needless to say, most of my daughters lunch break was spent in a drive thru line.

Thursday feb. 11/2021 at 10:23 p.m i went to Wendy’s with my daughter and there was 2 young girls clowning around and laughing while i was trying to say my order!! I tried ordering and these girls made it impossible for me. All they were doing is laughing and saying my order over and adding stuff I didn’t want and laughing!!!! Never coming back!!!!

This is the WORST breakfast that I have ever had!!! I really wish I could get my money back but it's whatever. To start off the sausage was burnt, I had added bacon to my sandwich but it wasn't added. Also it took a long time to receive the order, just for it to be gross. Wendy's breakfast is good but I would recommend the Wendy's in St. Rose on airline.
