I had Burger at 4 stars but lately I've been disappointed at how cold and wrongly orders have been.nnAs far as fast food goes in Laplace, Burger King still has better service than most of the other fast food restaurants here.
We ordered 2!!!! Dr Peppers with meal . . . . got 2 cokes ud83eudd14 not happy. Thankful for food n this survey
I'm from out of town and stopped here. Food was not good it was cold a barely put together and they forgot an item. Had to drive back 10 mins.
My onion rings was hard it looks like it has been sitting there longer the 4hours. They would not eat it so why feed it to someone else. I work in food service and this is unexceptionable. I not gonna eat there every again
If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible service from Manager. I would maybe expect that from the workers but from a manager its absolutely despicable, unacceptable and unprofessional. Don't worry my friend that was in the car with us works with the GMs wife and they were told about everything. I have her whole little rant and rave on camera cursing and all.
