I do not like to complain but please take this as constructive feedback. I went in to this location in Laplace for breakfast with the family and left hungry and late for work. We waited 25 minutes for our food before I mentioned having to leave out. Was told there is 1 cook in the kitchen!? I get it! It's a tough morning but a little communication beforehand would've been useful. Who is managing this place? 1 cook cook on a Saturday? Improper staffing, planning, and decision making will destroy this place. Not to mention the already high menu prices for breakfast. Had to leave out hungry and being tardy to work. This is refund worthy. Let me at least give credit to the one cook who has to muscle everything in the back.

We just left here and was really disappointed. The food was ok... two things that is worthy to point out.n1. I had the chicken fried steak. It was hard and somewhat overcooked.n2. The check came back at a higher total. There was a 15% service charge/ tip. We are a family of 4. 3 kids and myself. I was told by the server it is now included in the check for a family of 4 or more. I was about to leave a cash tip... until I saw the total and it was higher then usual.. we always get the same meal.

They opened early and the establishment was clean. Service was good too. Nice stopover for Breakfast on our way back.

When me and my sister sat down right away we noticed the sticky table. So we wiped it down with a napkin and it turned the napkin green! There are also cobwebs above my head. The pancakes were cold. The hostess handed us off to the server for Him to sit us, as it seems she is doing for everyone else as well.nWe are all very close together. There is no table that is marked off for social distancing!

Waitress Tracy was good. However the hostess at the door was very disconnected from what was going on. Often times openly texting on her phone while the line was backing up.nnFood came out fast, and we were done in no time. I’d go again.
