Awesome service food wasn't too good
We went there tonight and our waiter Caleb was AMAZING!!! He was attentive to everything we needed without even asking for it. His personality was a big change from other restaurants we have been to. Just all around perfect service.nWe did have an issue with one of our orders and he was right on it. Took care of it immediately and professionally.nThank you Caleb for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!!
Have enjoyed everything in the menu so far! Love the onion rings! The hot bread is the bomb! Waitress we had this time, can't say much for her, we were short a set of silverware and requested ketchup and salt.... by the time she finally brought it to use (after flagging down the manager) our food was cold. Not going to discourage us from going back, just going to make sure she is not our waitress again.
Love Texas Roadhouse.nThis visit was hot and cold. I dined alone, seated at the bar. Lauren was fantastic, a total gem, in every aspect. She truly went above and beyond.nThe food, good as always, however my steak was ordered medium rare and came out medium, almost to the well side. They'll get it right next time.
Kaleigh was exceptional! It's really rare to find such a good server these days. Our food was great and our drinks were delicious. We really enjoyed our visit and looks like we will be back soon.
