Mr. Cherbonnier has consistent 5 stars here for a reason. He and his paralegal, Christian, knocked the ball out of the park for me. My situation was that my Ch 13 was about to be dismissed for non-payment, partly because my previous attorney fell off the face of the earth. I attended the dismissal hearing and told the judge of the situation. She was kind enough to list all of the attorneys at the hearing, suggesting I call one of them, and granting a short extension in the meantime. I called three, one of whom was Mr. Cherbonnier. One refused to take the case. The second wanted to convert it to a Ch 7. Only Mr. Cherbonnier agreed to take it on. He and Christian scrutinized my case and realized that I had been paying too much each month, meaning I had in fact already satisfied my obligation to the trustee. The trustee agreed, and two weeks later the case was successfully discharged. I went from dismissal and the specter of unpaid creditors coming after me with garnishments and who knows what else, to a complete discharge.nnThese guys are the best. If you're looking for a good attorney, you've found him.

If you want the best of the best then I highly suggest Bill Cherbonnier. He and his team are experts in many fields of law. My experience with this firm far exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was being helped by my best friend rather than just some lawyer. He expended almost an hour to settle my issues in the first consultation for free. If in the future I ever need legal representation, I will keep going back to Bill Cherbonnier. I highly recommend Bill, you will not be disappointed.
