Food is usually very good but they are always out of what you really want.
I usually love eating here but today was awful, my pizza tasted old and my daughter’s pizza had hair on it. This is my 2nd bad experience and I don’t think I will be going back for a 3rd.
The Broccoli Cheddar soup is always good. I also tried te flatbread pizza, I'll be back it was all good.
I ordered lunch online after doing some work at a house. I ordered online for curbside pickup. After waiting 40 minutes and having two cars pull in behind me and someone bring them their food I walked in to see if mine was just sitting around where I could grab it. I will never order from this Panera Bread ever again. What makes it worse is I called the number in the email and click extension 5 which is supposed to bring me to the manager and spoke to someone named Amber. She confirm that my order was there yet still nobody brought it out. I'm glad I'm not someone who is so afraid to go into a place because of covid.nMy suggestion for people is do not order from here unless you go inside to do so and they hand you your order.
Very good food very tasty at a great price great customer service.
