Worst family dollar I’ve ever been to. Prices were much higher and often double than any other average store. With high prices like that you would think they could pay to fix their parking lot and road entrances. Walking into the store we instantly were blocked in by all the inventory stacked just feet within the door. We were forced to walk around the outer aisles to avoid the jungle they had created within the aisles. Once we found our very overpriced but necessary item we made our way to the checkout lanes where we couldn’t tell which register was open since random things were piled everywhere and the two employees behind the counter were chatting away about nothing and everything even with us just two feet away trying to figure out how to pay and get out of this store. Once we finally caught an employee behind the register we rushed in only to be completely ignored again. Thankfully we were able to pay though I’m not too sure the employee actually was aware we were till it was time to hand over the receipt. Absolutely will not be returning to this disgraceful business location

This by far is the absolute WORST family dollar store in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Managers walk around using their phones, inventory is ALWAYS all over the place and the employees literally open and close the store by placing hand written signs on the door. DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I stood at the register for almost 7 minutes waiting to be checked out then the guy that came to check people out checked out the last people in line when i was 1st in line and waited 7 minutes! After I left I tried 3xs to call and speak to a manager they would not answer the phones! These people are very rude no one is even paying attention or watching the store and the customer service is horrible, I will never shop at this horrible place ever again!!!!!!

Do not go here! The place is disgusting and a guy tried to hide behind a car in the parking lot I’m assuming to mug me. Do not EVER go here. It’s dangerous.
