Had to run in looking for some quick things to grab. It was dirty but overall well stocked and fast to check out. Friendly wouldn't be a way to describe the cashier but I was able to get in and out. So that was my main focus.
I love my family dollar family...family. Beth and everyone is fabulous .
Nice staff, store is almost always presentable and things are easy to find!
Store manager did not open the store on time. Then she stood at the register and watched use stand outside. Ten minutes later she said the store will be open in 20 minutes which would be 30 minutes difference from the time posted.
I went to exchange a pair of headphones, I spoke with Ashley. She stated that they would not Give me my money back, even though I had a receipt and the card I purchased them with. I read off the return policy from their corporate website and she then read off a piece of paper stating that electronics could be exchanged for the same item. I told her that was against their corporate %100 satisfaction guarantee. She then stated that she read off their return policy to me, I calmly stated that it could be just a piece of paper printed up and she rudely laughed and said that what I had on my phone could just be a made up piece of paper as well. I went on to show her that it was their corporate website and she said I can't help you, Next And there was no one else in line. I do not recommend this family dollar to anyone.
