Church's Chicken

They never have the menu items. They ALWAYS have to pull you up. Just to give you partially fresh, partially old food. They forgot my biscuits. Unprofessional. They seem to be overwhelmed. I live in Louisiana but I visited a church's chicken in Dallas Texas and they were very nice and efficient. That should be the standard. Maybe it would be a good idea to pay managers in high performance locations to come train those in low performance locations. This is an observation made bybme a professional mystery shopper and former restaurateur.

So first of all the manager is so nice. Second of all the food was $20. You can't beat that. And third of all I will be back.

Fast service and good food. Unfriendly staff member in the drive thru. Customer service goes a LONG way. Do better!

Where do I start....Yeah i’m not happy. DO NOT GO HERE! Service was horrible. Food was horrible, with a weird texture but I was hungry so I ate it. Going through the drive through My adult Family of 3 ordered a total of three COMBO meals & I also ordered an oreo cheesecake. We had to repeat it a couple of times because it seemed as if the MALE worker was occupied with something else. Once I received my food, my cheese cake was missing, one of my fries were filled to the amount that wouldn’t even satisfy a toddler, PLUS they were over cooked.nWe went back through the drive through to say we were missing a cheesecake & fries because we’re all adults. The meal was $8 so I would like at least a decent amount of fries. We pull up to the window where the FEMALE worker Jaylinn C. says “the fries were on the side of the bag” where we proceed to show her what we received.. & she was like “yeah, we put some in the bag though” As if that was a NORMAL amount of fries.nWe had a second family in a separate car that ordered an 8 piece family mix & had to wait 20 minutes for it. When it was brought out, they asked for ketchup & the worker rolled her eyes. I can say the chicken was hot, but it did not have any flavor, which turned out to be unable to finish. I understand it’s New Years Day & you’d rather be at home, but if you come to work & you don’t plan to provide adequate service to your customers, then just call in sick...ud83dude42 thanks.

Food was good but for got to give me my biscuits
