Johnny's Pizza House

My order was wrong. I tried to call to get corrected, but they never answered after several trys. I drove up there and the manager offered to remake my pizza. I do appreciate that, but it took an hour out of my night and kept me from eating dinner with my family. While I waited for my remake, I noticed multiple complaints and pizzas being remade. The phone rang the entire time I was there (about 30 minutes) and was not answered even one time. The customer service of the employee at the counter was quite bad. They had plenty of employees so being short staffed wasn't an excuse. Maybe poor training? Not sure. All I know is that it was a bad experience and I don't plan on going back.

Even though all stores have different quality pizza it's still some of the best pizza around.

The manager Max is extremely hard-working! He was working with his team making pizzas and supervising everyone. His staff was kind and friendly. Great customer service. Even though they were behind in the kitchen, they were very apologetic to everyone and made things right! Things happen and sometimes can’t be perfect. I am a satisfied customer :-)

Pizza is always good but the service is horrible they rush you on the phone or cut you off when you place your order. This is my last time ordering from here and then u wait forever in the drive thru or they see you and don't acknowledge you. Yes won't order from here again. Just lost a customer
