The cashier was great but the people on the floor had bad attitudes. I gave the store a 3star but I'm only giving it a 5 star because the makeup department was on point. They had great customer service and really helpful.

Lots to choose from and good sales. Staff welcomed as when they saw us. Not crowded and plenty of parking.

They still have a fairly good amount of stock. I got two great deals. The cashier was both friendly and helpful.

Love me some JCPenny. They have great sales going on, 4o to 7o% off. I was able to purchase a few more items due to the great deals.

Clean and relaxing interior. Not as big as selling ed action as in poll ast months. The employees were friendly. Not much of a sale for Black Friday.
