I bought a wedding dress at your store January 16, 2021. While at the store I made a dress alteration appointment for March 2, 2021 to add a corset back as I’m 6 and 1/2 months pregnant. While there for my first fitting I made another appointment on 4/1/21 at 12pm. Both dates were initiated by the store. The April appointment was to check that everything was good with the dress and have a day to make changes if necessary. When I showed up at the store at 11:52 the only person working in alterations told the clerk who showed me to the back that she didn’t have any appointments today and my dress was not ready. I asked when it would be ready and she informed me later today. When I asked for a time she said she couldn’t give me one and she would call. I went out front and asked for the manager and told her of my dilemma and the rudeness of the employee. The manager told me it would be ready at 3 and to come back. I came back at 3. My dress was again not ready. I was told I would be called. I was called at 5:27. When I came in to get my dress a little after 6, there was a party in the alterations area so I tried on my dress in another area with a bridal store attendant to help me lace up my dress. I do not like the way the top of my dress looks in my chest area, but as the alterations were packed and I needed my dress by the end of today I had nothing to do but take the dress and the $60 refund they offered me and go. I’m unbelievably upset and stressed that at 6 and 1/2 months pregnant I’m more stressed than I should be and that I had to go to the store 3 times in one day. I spent almost as much as the dress cost in alterations and it’s not perfect like I was expecting for my wedding day. No one at the store but the one alterations lady was rude to me, but this is terrible business and I hope it never happens to anyone else. Especially a pregnant bride who doesn’t feel her best anyways

As a plus size bride, I was apprehensive about going wedding dress shopping. However, everything about my experience was great from start to finish. The ladies were attentive to what I wanted, and made sure to stick to the budget I had set when finding a dress. They made me feel special, never once making me feel bad about my size or body. If anything, they made me feel like a Queen. The alteration ladies were also very sweet. I told them what I wanted to have done to the dress, and before I left the store, I had an appointment for alterations already set and ready to go. I highly recommend David’s Bridal in Bossier and cannot wait to wear my dress down the aisle.

I had the best experience picking out my wedding dress! I really didn’t expect to leave buying a dress. I assumed I would shop at several stores before finally deciding on my perfect dress.nJennifer was the absolute best!!! I have an appointment to come back with my bridesmaids and we have already requested her at that appointment. I never felt rushed during the appointment. The electricity had gone off earlier that morning so they were behind on the appointments. I admit I was worried I wouldn’t get the same one on one attention but Jennifer did not disappoint!

Everyone was very professional but it is BEYOND disappointing to be in a store of such a big brand and they not have a variety of dresses for plus size customers. I already had a few dress possibilities picked out that I saw online but when I went into the store, there was only one in stock. I proceed to choose some dresses that I wanted to try on, being a curvy girl sometimes you have to be more open but this store took the cake. The dresses I chose didn’t go beyond a 22W which didn’t quite fit, the supervisor supposedly chose a dress based on my taste but as a plus size woman the solution is not to hand me the biggest dress in the store with folds and fold and folds of fabric and expect me to love it. The issue isn’t with my or any others persons size, the issue is the availability and variety of dresses for plus size women. Extremely disappointed with this store and the brand, their not inclusive to different body types and sizes. I left my appointment frustrated and without a dress, but at least I left without a king size comforter worth of fabric, sequins, beads, and whatever else this store would like to call a dress.

I came here at the end of February to have alterations done for my Maid of Honor dress. We returned on April 2 & the alterations were still not complete. We arrived at 3:55 & our appointment was at 4:00. They didn’t get done with the alterations until almost 5:00. It was 5:30 when we were finally able to leave. Shavon was very nice, but otherwise we were displeased with the services.
