Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was pleased that I would be able to get in to get my oil changed without waiting half a day. (As what would have happened @ the place I usually went).nThe challenge came in when they were out of my oil filter. They told me to go purchase the filter @ auto zone and come back.nWell my quick in and out came to a longer than expected experience. See both lanes were now occupied and I was the one who had to wait. Yes they took the price I paid for the filter off my cost. But nothing else for my troubles. So the excitement I had for a quick oil change was Gone.nMy opinion, they should have sent an employee across the parking lot to get the filter & I would have not lost my place in line.

They service was great, they are short staffed but they are doing the best that they can and keeping you informed while they work. It's just so much easier to be able to go here and keep all the kids in the car versus trying to sit with them in a waiting room

So friendly, very convenient and fast. Went over everything with me step by step, and made sure I understood everything. Staff is absolutely amazing and so kind.

When i called the lady in the phone quotednMe one price, she asked what kind of car i drive and everything, but after i got there and after they did the work the guys working there quoted me a higher price, and i told them about the quote over the phone, and they agreed that that was most likely the quote the lady gave me but they would not honer the quote. Made me so damn mad, i will not be going there again because if that and to me that is just very poor customer service..... So beware
