The service was horrible. I gave the receptionist the exact address, location and including the zip code where my car needed to be towed from which was Cash Magic Casino in Vivian, LA. She gave the dispatcher the wrong location which sent the tower to the wrong address. So when he got there he said he couldn't locate my car. Well duh they sent you to the wrong Cash Magic Casino. She then said all she heard was Cash Magic Casino and that I confirmed it was on North Market St. in Shreveport, LA. All she said was a lie and we were going back and forth about it. I told her why would I give you the wrong address about where my car is located? All she could say, well you confirmed it was on North Market. Really lady sale that bull to someone else. Then she said well it's going to cost you extra if we go to Vivian, LA if we pick it up from there. Then I asked her how much more? She said the total will be $291. Are you freaking kidding me! The original total was $131.90, because she said they thought I said North Market. So since it'll be 30 miles away from their office the price is adjusted to $291. I told her to cancel the tow, because my husband and I couldn't afford that price. Since we canceled the tow they charged us $40 inconvenience fee for coming out. I told her why should we pay $40 when it was her mistake for sending out the wrong information? But you know how it goes to save her own axx she didn't want to admit to the mistake she made. Yeah this company is not about good customer service, more like horrible customer experience. Will not be using them again.

Rudest people I've ever met,PERIOD!nIf Damien the owner doesn't know why I left this review, then that's his own problem, considering he doesn't return calls to customers who left messages and a number to have called back. If he was really concerned like he appears to be in his very polite response to this review,then he would already understand why I personally gave this review. In fact if I could have,I would've left a -5 ☆,and I also plan to file a formal complaint with LSP. There is 1 out of 6 rude and disrespectful service TowMasters provides.
