They are obviously a boat dealer but that is not why I frequent the shop. I am there getting some awesome fishing lures. They carry a lot of brands that Bass pro doesn't such as reaction Innovations. They have a lot for such a small shop. For bass fishermen it's definitely a spot to check out.
Service department is very unprofessional and makes you feel like you are a burden to them for bringing in your boat. A simple change of attitude towards customers would help.
Save your time and money. These crooks sold me a lemon (motocoach) , they had to have known of all the problems. Been in their service center 2 months, and when I call they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Zero integrity.
Only place to buy your new rv or camper.. Matt and Paul know the true meaning of customer service. On top that they have a super knowledgeable parts guy, any questions you have he will have the answers! Let’s not forget to mention the red carpet delivery! My wife and I have bought two from bayou and will always do business with bayou! Thanks Matt & Bayou team!
Awful experience called to buy a pontoon they said nothing they could do for me. And that was it. ud83dude02 They didn’t even try to sell me a boat. Did the application and 2 hours later I called them back they said it was nothing they can do I said why. And no manager called me no other sales person tried to talk to me about anything or or do anything to sell me a boat. I Won’t ever call or do business there I tell everyone to stay away from here if they cannnSo I called Gregg Orr marine Texarkana they had me approved the same day did everything over the phone and they delivered it to my house the next morning
