The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the coffee is good, but they need to work on attentiveness and food items. The hostess was the most attentive and one server with a ponytail. Unfortunately, ours was not. It was difficult to get the initial coffee and the refills, even harder. One server washed her hands in the bathroom...8 seconds. I would also be concerned then across the board with hygeine on all.nnA little salt is fine, but don't order their sausage gravy nor their smoked salmon! My husband decided to just ask for a plain biscuit and I have never had over salted Smoked Salmon (Lox) in my life; I would use another manufacturer. Good luck improving. We will not return.

I've only had one visit to this location, but that visit was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Bossier City. I'll have to come back to see if the quality is consistent, but the staff was attentive and the food quality was incredible. The geographic location is inconvenient being off Airline in a location prone to traffic jams. The parking lot is connected to a shared lot with several other businesses, which quickly can fill up.nnUltimately this is a high recommendation restaraunt, but you do need to plan ahead to go here due to unrelated infrastructure problems.

This location advertises curbside pickup but beware the service is atrocious. There are no designated areas and after arriving and calling to say your there, still expect to be forced inside to pickup order.nnAlso disregard the time given for when order will be ready as I waited half an hour to pickup a curbside order. Nothing offered for this inconvenience and manager didn’t seem interested. You have been warned. I’ll stick to the shreveport location only after this as they don’t advertise curbside and service IS as expected. Thanks....

The servers here are friendly and the food was delicious. The coffee was a bit bitter, but not terrible. Also, this is one of the first places I've found with non-dairy creamer, which is great! I will definitely be returning.

My first times coming here&&the drinks were strong Christian R. was a great server the food took a while to come but it was busy&&everything tasted good.
