The manager on duty February the 9 2021 at 9:00 p.m. went over and beyond to insure that my order was remade right.My order came out hot and fresh the order was for my mom that is in a hospital that do not allow visitors so I have not seen her in two months .It was very important to me that her food was made with care and that manager did just that .I would like to thank her from my heart sometimes its the little things people need to be so happy and my mom was very happy about mcdonalds.Good job Airline and viking drive location
Took an hour to get our food. Charged us for an extra sandwich we didn't order. Gave our food to another customer. Took forever to get our order and part of it was STILL missing. And of course the shake machine was down. But the manager was extremely nice and apologized.
Pretty good service, they did good considering the amount of ppl that were lined up while i was there
This location is always fast with the drive through service and I've never gotten the excuse of this or that is out so you can't purchase an item.
The food is good, but the workers are usually rude. You even say think you, and they ignore you and sometimes roll their eyes.
