Associates are usually so sweet and happy to be alive but last night was not the same by no means. I guess they have the happier people schedule during the day because the night shift definitely should recheck their attitudes at the door. The gentleman taking the orders and payment, should definitely not be in customer service. Maybe more suitable for a non customer related position.
My experiences at this location has had its ups and downs. But over all its been good. Sometimes when I receive my order its wrong (but I guess that's expected) and other times its been on point.
Arrived at 12:45PM in drive-through line with 5 vehicles ahead of order box.nWaited 12 minutes to get to box and gave my order (with coupon for buy large sandwich and get one free). I did ask if it could be mix or match and was told, yes.nOrdered Buttermilk Chicken sandwich and quarter pounder (no onions or mustard, add extra mayonaise) and large fry well done.nLine moved faster and was given my order @ 1:05PM.nI pulled over to right parking space next to Reserved slots to check heat and welldoneness.nFries were hot but not crispy (nothing like limpness).nThe chicken was a pleasant surprise. Large and flavorful with proper heat.nThe quarter pounder was just what I expected .......quality below the fast food competitors.nI would go back for the chicken tonmake sure mine was not one off good one.nRating 3
The line was long but the food was fresh in wasn't much time of a wait in line.
Food was fresh and when drive thru was busy the manager opened the other lane
