They keep messing up my order. I called and complained last time and they promised me a free large order of chips and cheese. When I picked it up they gave me a small order instead of the large order they promised. When I said something to the manager he refused to honor it. I’m not sure if I want to go back there. There are a lot more Mexican restaurants out there that will honor their word. This is the one in Auburn, Kansas.

Friendly fast and accurate. They are generous on meat portions and tastes great. This is the Auburn El Ranchito. Great Job guys!

We ordered carryout from Auburn El Ranchito yesterday. First time customers. Thoroughly DISAPPOINTED!!! First off, our order was not filled as requested. Secondly, the grilled chicken in two separate orders was hard, crusted, and had a terrible taste. After a couple of bites we trashed both. Will never go back!
