Smoothie King - Blending Soon

Favorite smoothie place. Will forever be a fan. Great selection of smoothies. Prices are a bit high, but well worth it. Nice rewards program to earn free smoothies. Quick service and always friendly staff.

Apparently the issue of keeping staff, or having good ones, has deteriorated worse than ever. With the drive-up being the only option for the past months, I have gotten in that routine when I stop there. Today, the drive-up speaker was covered with a piece of paper with a misspelled notice that the speaker was out of order and to go to the drive-up window for service. I waited behind the vehicle in front of me at the window for 10 minutes, saw them give up and drive away. I proceeded to the window, saw nobody, and after a minute drive around to the front door and went in. The car that had been behind me in line was at the window and the one employee was there preparing to take their order. So I waited my turn to order, and while paying, I pointed out my experience, and was told “I’m by myself this morning.” Blew me off completely. Then, before she started on my order, she took menu questions and answered them from customers who entered after I ordered. She then went to the sink and did some washing of equipment before starting my order. I will not again waste 25 minutes for a smoothie on my way to work in the morning. Good product usually, bad people.

Came to this location for the first time. Walked in and didn’t get acknowledged, there was 4 girls talking amongst themselves knowing we were standing waiting for our order to be placed. Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to hit us with a “we will be right you” but nothing. Even had a girl mopping right next to us and still nothing. Walked out of that place. I love smoothie king but sadly would never come back to this location. Don’t recommend.

I am not a Smoothie King regular by any means but recently stopped and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and willingness to custom make something that ended up being extremely tasty. I was in and out much faster than I had anticipated and will definitely be back.

If you love smoothies and don't mind spending the bucks for them, then they are the place for you. Fridays are the best deals.
