Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza was fantastic but the wait for my pre-ordered pizza was 30 min. There were 15 + waiting outside for orders. Not a spot in the parking lot. I'm sure there were more people working in cars. Mostly online orders. Not sure how long they have been open but they need to step up there game on Friday night. Overall I'm happy Lil Caesars is back!!

Long lines, crazy wait time, and parking is ridiculous. I tried ordering online just to speed up the process, it still failed.nnWe had a large order, arrived at 9:04, and it was closed. We could see that our paid order was on the counter, but because we were 4 minutes late, we did not get it. We did see an employee walk out with our order though.nnThey are open from 4p-9p, daily. Yes, I was late, I understand... But customer service can improve... Surely staying 5 min late on Saturday night wouldn't hurt them.

LC is back in Olathe! Three large pizzas for under $20 is unbeatable anywhere and quality was better than some of the pricier chains. Parking lot needs an upgrade, but restaurant is clean, staff very friendly, online order racks perfect. Best to order early to avoid the weekend crowd.nnDon't be thrown off by the low ratings of this location as they were for the old restaurant that closed down for last couple years.

I have gotten a number of good pizzas here at a nice price. I stopped by today and got two more. The pizzas were cold not hot n' ready. I cam right back and they were closed. One pizza seemed very old. It was salty and greasy. It is kind of sad as I had hoped to get something good.

I am super glad LC is back! Right now I would recommend order over the phone ahead of time as I did or else you’ll be waiting in a huge line. Ordering over the app is not available yet so hopefully that will be up and running soon!nnUpdate: app works and google map shows correct location. Order ahead through the app and don’t wait the long lines get it quick through the pizza portal. Parking is limited so carpool if needed :)
