Surya Yoga

Annie is currently teaching our super beginner yoga class and I have to say she does a wonderful job of making sure that yoga fits you instead of you fitting yoga. Would highly recommend for any beginner looking to get into it.

Such a great and personable class. The class was reasonably intense/hard and the feel in the room was warm, friendly, and accepting.

I’ve been practicing at Surya Yoga for approximately 6 years, and I am so grateful to have found this studio! The studio owner (Annie) is so warm and welcoming, and creates a very relaxed atmosphere for all students whether new or experienced. There is no pressure to do anything you are uncomfortable doing, but challenging yourself to do new things is supported as well! There is a variety of classes to choose from, and truly feels like a family. You won’t regret trying Surya Yoga!

This studio is quaint, comfortable, and extremely welcoming! Annie, the owner, is energetic and a supportive teacher and hires great instructors. I’ve been a member of this studio for years and highly recommend it to anyone with any skill level.nnMy only wish is that there were additional higher level classes offered outside of the work day. As my work schedule interferes with my ability to attend many classes.nnIf you are looking for a studio, or want to just give yoga a try - look no further! Come to Surya!

It was my 1st time there and everybody was so welcoming and very nice and calming I can't wait to go back I love this place!!
