This gym is fantastic! It is perfect for people who want to push themselves to a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are just beginning or are more advanced there is something for everyone. The trainers are knowledgeable about their field and are more than happy to work with you. Both the members and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly.

Great gym that will give you the personal attention you need without the cost of personal training. They have coaches that can help you with anything fitness related: Crossfit, powerlifting, sports performance, kid's programs, etc. I have been doing Crossfit there for several months now and have no complaints (except during the middle of the workouts). They are great for beginners all the way up to seasoned athletes who just need a place to lift.
