Staff is great. Patricia was a huge help this morning getting us set for automatic payment. Feel safe coming and going when need at all times of the day. Locations are lit up and gated.

My wife and I have our camper stored here. When 10 Federal Storage took over, we set up auto pay. Something went wrong, and two months passed. We received a notice of our past due balance including $100 in fees and fines. My wife couldn’t get anyone to reply to her emails (3), and when she called, the phone system wasn’t working, therefore, no one answered which made matters worse. You may be wondering at this point why I rated my review at 5 Stars. When I called this evening, the phone system for this location was still not functioning properly, but I pressed “2” and got the menu and was able to speak with someone from Corporate. She was very polite and helpful. Not only did she correct the issue with the auto pay, but she also had the $100 fees & fines removed. Everyone makes mistakes. The difference is in how those mistakes are corrected. Job well done 10 Federal Storage!!nnGlen

It was great to be able to rent a storage unit on my own schedule, all web based on rental setup. I had another unit at a different location and wasnt able to rent another unit there as it was a Sunday and the office was closed. I found 10 Federal in Loganville online and it all worked out great. It was a short time rental and on the last day of the month, I was closing out on 2 units here. This was when I had to deal with customer service and that was a good experience also. Lexi was very helpful and a great person to deal with. I would definitely use this storage company again. Thanks, Lexi and 10 Federal.

Their staff is super helpful and easy to work with and the storage units are very clean! Very happy I went with them to store my valuables.
