Could not believe people was walking around in store without a mask
Online pick up is never right. Stock is never listed correctly. Store closes early to stock and clean but I have yet to see any improvements s
I like going here but they have a good bit of prices that needs to go down. People dont want to pay to much for something that should not be high at all.
Great place to shop, great staff but every time I’m there the music is absolutely garbage. Please for the love of god, stop the music outside because it kills the post-shopping experience. Stick to a relaxing instrumental station. God please stop the terrible music.
Things were scattered all over the store. Such as boys clothing items were in the ladies plus wear. Deli items had been eaten and the empty bags can be found anywhere in the store. These items should be paid for in the deli or they don't get it. This would eliminate prices from continually increasing. A lot of the shelves were empty. You can never find anyone to help you and there's never enough registers opened when checking out. The only management that you can find on the floor is the customer service manager. There are some good employees there but they are lacking direction and support from the store's management team. Changes from Bentonville are a must or the store needs to close.
