Great customer service! They were more than accommodating for my husband! He is picky about his coffee and they did an outstanding job satisfying him. Great job!!
It.. is, In My Opinion, Extremely* Over Priced! And the coffee is Really not the best. The staff are very good,starbucks just isn't all that.
I love this Starbucks location! All of the baristas are always super friendly, whether you come inside the store or visit the drive thru!
Came in early a few mornings ago and the staff there hadn't even noticed I had put in a mobile order just after opening. The 60 second wait didn't bother me, but the coffee was lukewarm....
The hours are never reliable. They haven't been open in the morning for 2 weeks now. There is a paper taped to the drive thru stating their hours are now 1-8pm. You cannot call to see when or if they're open. The number listed on their page is a cell phone number (?) that goes straight into a message stating they do not have a voicemail set up. When you actually do get service, and they are open (in the afternoon), they take forver to get your orders out and the baristas aren't that friendly. The morning crew, when they were working, were great. But it's been two weeks since any of them have been there.
