Definitely don't visit this McDonald's, especially if you want your food, want it right, and don't want to wait 45 minutes. After our experience last night we will definitely not visit this McDonald's again. It looks like the one on Rome Hwy needs to train this one.

Line took forever (timed at 33 minutes, 15 seconds), didn't have the food we ordered, didn't have the drinks we ordered. Didn't have change for the cash we gave so we were shorted. Why bother being open or even trying to be a business?

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Every time I go the order is messed up even if they read it off to you correctly. Out of all the restaurants that have come and gone why couldn’t this one have died off with the rest?!?!? I suggest going anywhere else because anywhere else can actually read and fix the orders correctly. My 4 year old cousin can read better and make a better sandwich to the order than these people. They can do better but they actually need to try.

I sat in line about 4 minutes before I got up to the inside ordering line at McDonald’s. I spent the next 15 watching not one but 5 cars on a row order from the outside line. I politely say hello a few times the first four times and the 5th time the guy in the other lane got in front of me and at this point I’m angry so I drive up to the second window and ask them if they just didn’t want to take my order and they proceeded to say well where were you? I said in the inside line! Do you guys not know which lane you are taking the order from? Was it not strange that in five orders not one order came from that inside lane??? I mean come on guys if you can’t handle two lanes go back to one.

mad that I have to even give a star... fries taste like they were cooked in old grease after being told they were cooked fresh. very few choices on the late night menu. and you would think after the wait your food would be fresh and it's not. continually leaving something off your order and when you ask them they are not polite
