Best personal training gym around! It's small, doest have all the bling amenities of the big box gyms but it's crazy clean, the equipment always works and if you're serious about living healthy their personal trainers are second to none! It's more than just the gym, it's nutrition combined with workouts and tailored to your time availability, your bodies responses & your real life.
Finally found the perfect gym! Friendly staff, super clean, loads of equipment, and classes! But what sets this gym apart from the rest is their personal trainers! After several accidents I was hesitate to go to the gym, afraid of re-injuring myself; but my personal trainer Julie is amazing! Her positive energy, and focus to ensure my form is spot on, and makes the needed adjustments in my training to fit me. I trust her and know she will assist me in succeeding! Thanks Julie!!!!
This gym is the best! Nicest staff ever! I have tried many other gyms and none of them compare to this one. Always clean and staff constantly disinfects. Gym has very nice equipment and great personal trainers. Highly recommend!
Never been more motivated to hit my goals and the trainers there have never given up when I was. It's the most homey gym feeling. So much respect for what Evolution has become.
