Tina (Manager at iStorage McDonough location on Brannan Rd) did a fantastic job getting us set up with storage space. Space was very clean and prepped for our arrival. She has a great attitude and made it easy.
I can't even rate them above a zero. Tina is nice a star for that, but I Storage is the most uncaring, unprofessional and unorganized storage I have ever had to deal with in all my experiences renting Storage. They raise your rent too often. The General Manager is totally uncaring and greedy for money. They never concede when they have messed up. But they still want your business.... awful place...Do not rent here....Go to Storage XTRA off Eagles Landing....way better. Real people of integrity.
Friendly staff, always easy to enter through gate, even after tons of rain, my unit was still dry inside. Pleased with location and safe area..
