I tried it for the first time almost a month ago and I am hooked!!! I love this studio and the feeling I get when I leave. Jenn is an amazing instructor. I love the challenge and flow.
This was my first experience with hot yoga and I wasn’t disappointed! It was a perfect because you don’t have to be flexible or have experience to enjoy this class! Loved it more than I thought, will be going back without a doubt!!
Done yoga off & on for years. First time doing Hot Yoga with Jen & it was amazing! I'm definitely rusty, but appreciated the corrections & feel like I'm on my way back. Can't wait to purchase my introductory month!
Jenn is by far my favorite teacher. She plays perfect music, keeps the class flowing, keeps the room hot enough, is motivational and super helpful. I love this place. Yoga is so good for the soul 👏🏼
