I went into the smoothie King in Stockbridge 138, the young lady with blonde curly hair was nasty. I asked can she give me a minute so I can decide which one I would like. I guess she got impatience and throw her rag down and went to the back. I guess I was taking to long for her. Then she came from the back fixed my smoothie with an attitude. My first and last time coming there. It's close to my home. But the smoothie was delicious. I'll just go to another place.

November 11th is VETERANS DAY...Smoothie King were giving a 20 oz. smoothies to veterans. I walked in this location and the employee immediately greeted me by saying “Are you here for the Veterans Day smoothie”? I replied “yes”. She said that doesn’t start until 2:00pm, (it’s now 12:30pm). I asked what’s the difference? She replied her BOSS told her the Veterans Day smoothie is from 2:00pm til 4:00pm. I told her the email I received did not give a time. She then proceeded to tell me that Smoothie Kings are franchise and they make their own decisions.I was wearing a “U.S. Coast Guard Retired” hat. Not once did she even acknowledge me being a veteran or even saying thank you for my services. She was more focused on warding me off from the Veterans Day promotion smoothie. I then left the location. It appears the owner wanted to half way claim they participated in honoring veterans which in my opinion they did not. I have patronized this location in the past but I will no longer patronize them. I also ask that other Veterans do the same.

These guys were very good at getting the orders out fast. I almost didn't want to order because of the number of people in line but now I'm glad I stayed. Orders were fast and consistent. Great job guys!!

I order from this place all the time when I leave the gym and I never have had to wait to get my smoothie. As soon as my order is in online and it tells me the time I get there and it never fails it's ready. Great customer service!

Other reviews are correct. The smoothies are great but the service....HORRIBLE!!! The employees are RUDE. At 8 a.m. they are rude, at 3 in the afternoon they are rude and if you go in 30 minutes before closing they are extra rude. They act like customers are a bother to them. I have visited several times with a greeting and smile and ALWAYS get the same nasty treatment. Oh gosh and don't have a question about the smoothies. That drives them over the edge. Everybody in there needs to be fired and replaced with people who are customer oriented and actually enjoy customer service. I have stopped spending my money there. I hope the store owner reads the reviews because from my own experience they are accurate and the current employees are going to keep making them lose loyal customers.
