Marco's Pizza

I ordered two pizzas from this location earlier this week. I chose no contact delivery and had no problems. The pizza was not hot, but it was good. Today, I ordered a large pizza and some chicken. Again, I chose no contact delivery because there is a global pandemic. I watched out the window so I would be sure and grab my food as soon as it arrived. Fun fact, it never did, yet the tracker mysteriously said it had been delivered.nnI called the store, and the first person I spoke to couldn't seem to locate an order for me at all. Then, I was told my order was delivered to my front porch. When I explained that it was not, and that was the reason for my call, they adamantly responded that my order had indeed been delivered. They waffled between it being delivered to my porch and mailbox (which would have by the street, in the dirt). Neither had occurred. I even checked the neighbors' porches. When I explained that my order was nowhere to be found, I was told they could offer me a $20 credit on my next order, but could not refund my order since I had chosen no contact delivery. I felt like they thought I was lying, when all I wanted was the food I had ordered.nnSo, buyer beware, choosing no contact delivery means you have no recourse should you not receive your order.nnUpdate 03/15/21: Merchant responded to this review asking for me to contact them via their online feedback form, which was completed prior to my review being written.

This one is horrific and I can say this because I've tried them 3 times in the last year and its only gotten WORSE!nIf you have got to have Marco's please do the extra driving and go to McDonough.nTheir customer service and food is excellent!

I've only ordered the bowls through take out. No issues, good, and tasteful. My 8yr old love pizza, but have taken a liking to the bowls.

Terrible terrible pizza. It was paper thin and super frugal with the toppings, sauce, and cheese. It tasted like paper; I always order thin from Marcos at other locations and none of them were this light, or tasted as pathetic and bland as this. ALSO- I was told I could not use my free cheese bread coupon because I was already getting a special price for my pizza. If a customer does the survey and your specials are the ONLY prices that are reasonable and make sense, why would you turn them down? Its not “doubling” up on coupons. It’s a cheap way of doing business by saying “no” to loyal customers. I could tell when I walked in that this place has a reputation of being cheap/ stingy from the interactions with other customers, amount of napkins and cheese they gave me (literally 2 napkins and 2 cheese for a large). So disappointed, I have lost faith in Marcos. I gave it to a needy person and ordered from Dominoes: large 5 topping Pizza for 9.99.nnUpdate- I did a review weeks ago and no contact no nothing. I have still not ordered from Marcos Pizza since this incident and there is one right up the street from me.

03-16-21nI ordered the bbq pizza and cinnamon squares . The pizza was okay . Also, whoever made my cinnamon squares drowned them in butter ud83eudd2e. To the point I had to squeeze the extra amount onto paper towels . Also , with delivery orders it needs to be tape on the pizza box to insure the pizza is not tempered with !
