I placed an order yesterday for a thin crust pizza along with a side of blue cheese and pizza sauce. I received everything but the sauces. I called and informed the manger and they said they can bring the sauces to me. I told them by that time the pizza would be cold. The manager then stated that she will give me a $3 credit. Ok cool!nnI called today because my team wanted another pizza. Mind you I have a credit the manager took 15 minutes to figure out how to give me the credit so she gave me the drinks for free. Once I get the pizza it’s not thin crust like I ordered. I called them again and sheI told her the issue and she said that they will no longer deliver to my location because there are too many issues. How is it our fault because of your error? I have over 90 employees here and you mean to tell me if anyone of them call and place a delivery order you won’t take it. She stated that the owner will contact me that’s fine I’m waiting so he can answer my question as to why should my employees suffer for his employees mistakes

The carry out usually tastes great, but I've never eaten there. It's a nice alternative to the other bigger chains. I like their calzones a lot, but be warned they are the best kind of greasy!

if i could give 0 stars i would. worse experience ever this past Friday. You had employees turning off the open sign, just making up times to discouraged you from ordering, like saying 1:30 for take out. I went on the app.ans ordered and got it in 35 minutes. just horrible customer service, kids playing on the front counter. This location needs an overhaul. last 3 visits have been chaotic at best.

To whom this may concern,nI am addressing this here as I have contacted the corporate office and the local office and have yet to receive a response.nI would like to address an incident that took place in your store on the night of Thursday September 24, 2020. I placed a phone order for two medium pizzas, a pizza bowl, and forty wings. My family of five and I order from this restaurant all the time so I did not anticipate a problem. I was given the subtotal over the phone. However, upon completing my own calculations, I found the bill to be higher than it should have been. I realized that the employee who took my order had charged me full price for the two medium pizzas. He had charged me 11.99 for the pizzas when I knew them to be on special for 6.99 a piece. Upon making the employee aware of this, he said I had to ask for the special and it was not just given. Upon reaching the store to retrieve my order, I concluded that the representative must have also charged me for four sets of ten wings instead of charging me for 2 orders of twenty, which would have yielded a lesser price. I alerted the representative and asked for the manager on duty. I asked him if he would please fix the order to reflect the sale prices of the pizzas and wing orders, OR cancel the order and re-ring it to reflect the necessary changes. I was told that the order had already been rung up, and I had to take it with the price discrepancies, or I would not be served at all. At that, I removed myself from the business without my order that was already prepared. I find this lack of regard for my hard earned money and time unacceptable. My family and I purchase pizza almost every weekend and we are baffled at our treatment. The part that stings that most is that we attempted to rectify this situation in a professional manner by alerting the manager and making him aware of the price adjustments. This however, is when we were offensively told that we could pay the higher price or not be served at all. Not served at all? We find this incident discriminatory and embarrassing to us as a black family. We took our business elsewhere that night and will continue to do so. This Marco's pizza is really good. They were very timely and give me just what I asked for. The young lady at the front desk( cashier) very polite and showed very good customer service actions. Good Job Marco's Pizza
