My delivery driver Teresa followed the contactless delivery protocol perfectly but still greeted me from a distance. She heard my dog barking and even left a couple of treats for my pup with my order. My food was hot and delicious...this is why Domino's is my favorite Pizza. Thank you for a great dinner!
The customer service and delivery service are atrocious. Last night was my second try with this particular location and the service was wide than the time before. I ordered delivery at 710 and had to go pick it up myself. At 910, after confirming it hadn't left the shop and telling the person on the phone I'll just come for it myself, I receive a text that the driver was on the way with my order. I called and was able to intercept the delivery as I was about a minute away. When I entered there were 2 other customers in the same predicament picking up their delivery. I noted at least 2 drivers upon entry. There was no offer for our inconvenience although a customer asked, everyone simply looked at her. I gathered my order and left. I was not offered my delivery fee nor prepaid tip to the driver. I would never order from this location again.
Ordered my pizza at 6:58 order ready at 7:12nCalled at 7:45 and then a little after 8pm “John” claims to be the manager at the Hudson bridge with zero customer service skills.I asked him to cancel my order but received no confirmation my order was canceled via emailnI should have checked the reviews here first.nEasy to tell from all the other complaints the five star reviews must be fake and I should have came here first instead of wasting my time He claims the morning manager will have proof I Cancelled the order...,what a joke!
They offer a nice variety of delicious food. I love dining here. The employees are always kind, rates are convenient and the spot is always clean.
Order online for pickup pizza was ready in a timely fashion and at a great value. Friendly staff ,great quality products.
