I was charged 3 times for 2 smoothies because the online system was glitching, when I asked for a refund for the 4 smoothies I was charged for the manager Bryan told me the owner informed him not to refund me. So in total I paid $48.03. I am LIVID. When I asked for the 4 smoothies I was charged for since I couldn’t get a refund the manager called the police, OBVIOUSLY I was extremely irate. FIFTY DOLLARS????? Definitely won’t be going back here. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE management with a HORRIBLE owner.
I always enjoy Smoothie King, however, I am concerned with the fact that they always have issues with accepting or processing Smoothie King Rewards. The only response you get from this location is sorry you'll have to call corporate. The manager was not very accommodating to assisting on figuring out how to claim their rewards.
Love their smoothies, but sometimes it can be hit or miss depending on who makes it. I normally order the same thing and sometimes I can tell when they forget an item
The employees by the names of Arabiah &nKeenan were very helpful today. I don’t normally come to this location & was running short on time, so, it was an inconvenience for me that I couldn’t order inside. When I called, nobody answered but there’s 6 employees (currently inside) , I was then told to order online when I went inside to ask about the phone. This location ran out of ingredients for my order & proceeded to add a flavor I didn’t ask for & provided me with a replacement (including an extra smoothie). Again, Arabiah & Keenan were awesome. Idk if you guys do “employee of the month” or not but Arabiah & Keenan deserve a shoutout! Thank you.
I like to come here on Fridays. $5 for 32oz cup. Good deal. Smoothies are delicious.
