I made an appointment online, Michelle called to change it, no big deal. Confirmed my new appointment the day before, no problem. The morning of my appointment no Michelle. Got there at 9 for a 915 appointment, thought maybe because I was a little early. 930 still nobody, no call or text. Called the salon left a message, still no call back. Extremely unprofessional. Waste of my time, and gas.

Expect your appointment to be cancelled a few hours before when you have booked weeks in advance. Extremely unprofessional and infuriating.

Honestly, Madeli is such an amazing person inside and out not to mention she takes such good care of you as soon as you walk in the door.My Hair color/cut also a wax came out so good! I’ll definitely be coming back! She is so good at what she does, very talented and make you feel very comfortable with any questions you may have! Thank you for such a wonderful experience I truly felt spoiled!

Just got my hair done by Michelle at Femme Chic Beauty and it came out so beautiful and I'm so happy with the results!!!! All the staff have so much talent and are so amazing and very professional.
