I love the red light bed and massage chair because they help reduce the inflammation in my body due to autoimmune disease. I also feel great after a 15 minute HOTWORX cycle session to sweat out toxins. Going to Planet Beach consistently has helped me feel my best. The team that works there are awesome.
My absolute favorite place to go for ME time! I love that I can work out and get a spa day in at the same place! The ladies that work here always make me feel welcome and they're so fun to chat with. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
My hot yoga session was so uplifting, every time I come here I leave with a positive mind and my body feels great. And what can I say about the staff, they are incredible, Katie always makes me feel welcomed. I love coming here because of the excellent guest service.
Exercising, for me, was not easy, keeping myself motivated was the hardest part , when I started doing hot yoga, hot rowing and other awesome sessions it was very difficult at first but didn’t stop me from going back. I’ve been working out at Planet Beach on a daily basis now. Plus, their massage options are AMAZING especially the hydration bed, thanks Katie for all your help and support through this journey.
Definitely they keep social distancing and sanitation procedures at the top of their priorities. Book your solo session online and you can also bring a friend for free workout.
