Placed online order. After an hour pizza delivered was totally incorrect. Tried calling store and no one ever picked up the phone after being on hold for 20 min. Double checked online order and box label. Evidently whoever Enory? is was listed as making the pizza and double checking it. Order placed at 7:44, delivered at 8:44, store delivers until 12am. No recourse available to correct food that was ordered, so that my daughter could have pizza she wanted for dinner.

Carside delivery is a real joke. I used the app to order the pizza even now I just sit here and wait. I even called to say I was here AFTER I FOLLOWED all the instructions INCLUDING flashing my hazard lights ....... I’m waiting for my pizza after waiting more than 10 minutes. The response was, we are behind in your pizzas in the oven. ... sorry we’re behind. In the meantime, My pizza app says my pizza was completed 20 minutes ago. And I’m just here. Finally got it after 20 minutes in the parking lot.

I had an issue with the pricing of the pizza being that I chose the $5.99 special.I called the BUFORD location which I’ve dealt with before without incident. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager her name is Ariana. I told her what the issue I was having and told her to look at my history and how we ordered and that this did not match. She told me I ordered what I ordered and there’s nothing she can do. She proceeded to be very rude and I told her since this is beyond your control being that you were the “manager” I will speak to someone else.
