The company treats their employees just like family, and are always doing things for them. The management definitely could use some improvement, but overall not too bad.
Worst warehouse I've ever seen. The product was not accounted for. Merchandise was old. They should make Jimmy the plant manager. He alone knows how to fix their multiple problems and issues.

The Greatest Flooring Company Ever!....Ever!
Not reliable! Gave estimated delivery of July 22nd. Didn't ship my order until July 25th. Called me to make sure I was home for delivery date of July 29th between 10 AM to 4PM. Never showed up on delivery date. Never made attempt to notify me or schedule next delivery date. Had to call repeatedly to figure out where my order was. It's August 2nd and it's sitting at nearby warehouse. Say they can't deliver it sooner because they claim they are short staffed. Terrible service. Communication needs to be improved so expectations are met. Would not recommend.
