IT FLOODS INSIDE AND OUT WHEN IT RAINS HEAVY!!! We just had to dry our whole climate controlled unit! So many things ruined. The halls were filled with Renters crying about all their belongings being ruined. Was told this is NOT the first time it’s been flooded. They said they can’t help it if it floods... therefore you can not be confident that your stuff is safe here. The foundation is too low to the ground and water is too close to this place.nThey have super nice staff but a ridiculous agreement that states no responsibility for ANYTHING! Not even negligence of OWNER Or the owners employees !nUnless u have a back up plan for when it rains heavy, don’t get a unit here. I’m trying to tell everyone I know so they can be aware. I wish someone have told me that it tends to flood before I got a unit here. :-( this is people’s hard earned and sentimental stuff. People need to know.

This company is easy to work with and their prices are reasonable. Ashley is fabulous, so polite and helpful, quick with a smile and a kind word. Highly recommend.
