This Starbucks location is unreliable in many ways. It’s in a perfect location but the staff is slow. The wait line wraps around the building, they change their hours constantly and don’t say a word. We’ve officially stopped going there because we wanted to order and a barista came up to us and said “we’re not taking orders right now.” I’d understand if something was broken, or payment methods were down, but this is unacceptable. It tells me as a consumer that you do not want my business!
I went through the drivethru and received the incorrect drink. I promptly turned around and when I walked in to let them know, I was greeted with kindness and not only an apology and new drink but also a gift card. I appreciate the amazing service!
Fixed my drink perfectly
This Starbucks is the worst! They change their hours constantly and put no notice or wrinkled sheets of papers that you can’t read on the door. They don’t update the website. The service is TERRIBLE!!!! They are unbelievably slow every single time we come. The employees are not friendly. This Starbucks needs to completely be redone in every way
