What you would expect of a McDonald's that's in a urban community
Not into burgers like i use to but it'll do
Cold and terrible. The owners should at least pop up and sit on the passenger side, The back seat and or send someone in to order their food and see that the customer is not lying. I know for a fact that if McDonald's procedures are being followed the food would be better but no one is following. I know the system at McDonald's works, I use to master it! Please do better the customer give you all to much support for the way we are treated
Manager almost made me double pay, because they don’t know how to use their own system. After explaining again I paid in the mobile app she got very rude with me about my food, that I paid for! They gave me my food and the money finally came out of my account... not surprised.
