Cody is the best! I came in not knowing exactly what I was looking for. He showed me a few different models and their features. I needed a family size car with good gas mileage, a way to tow and great safety ratings. I got ALL of that and MORE with the Equinox Premier. He was present through the whole process, answering all my questions knowledgeably and even installed the car seat covers for me that we got for it. I was traveling from Ohio to SD and hit an animal. Vern Eide employees went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely repaired by the end of the week so we could be home on time. They provided a loaner car so we could comfortably enjoy our vacation. They helped with insurance as well. Thank you so much Anna and Randy for ALL your help!
My lease was up and I had been receiving information from the dealership. I had decided on a Chevy Red Blazer with black wheels. They went out of their way to find exactly what car I wanted. I received pictures of various cars until they found the exact one I wanted. Wayne Konz was excellent to work with prior to the turn-in day and on the day of the switch he had paper work ready, and he even found me a teachers discount, excellent on his part and GMC for little added bonus. Wayne made the transfer so easy with quick paperwork and the financial part was organized and well explained. I was a little nervous about learning the new bells & whistles of the new car, but Wayne took his time with all the explanations and had patience with me and my questions. He even had the horn turned off when I leave the keys in the car. That was almost a deal breaker if that could not be turned off. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and professional that there is no doubt I will be back when this lease is up!
Ryan Kristensen was our sales guy and he was amazing! We will come back to buy a vehicle again for sure from him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made both my husband and I completely comfortable. He went over and above helping us and never made us feel rushed even when it was it was time for the store to close. Ryan is “A Keeper” for Vern Eide and a tremendous asset! The service department is amazing. We were traveling home to Tennessee on I-90 and needed an oil change on our new Dura-max. We called ahead when we were an hour out and they fit us in. I expected to have to wait a little but we were back on the road in like 47 minutes! Thanks so much.
