I just started getting my smoothies at this smoothie king and I am not yet disappointed!!! My number one smoothie is the peanut power plus strawberry! Last week a nice young man introduced to me the add blueberry option!!! I HAVE BEEN ROBBED IN THE PAST!!! So now add blueberries!!! And my smoothie is in point each time!!! Other locations have been hit or miss sometimes! So far, this is my new favorite store!

My Smoothie was ok but my Bestfriend smoothie was wrong and she was allergic to raspberries and they pulled us forward we waited 10 min for it never brought it out so she went it to get a refund. When she went it they were drinking smoothies, earphones in plus at the window the girl was on the phone.
My experience was very very very bad! The person over the speaker was very rude and did not understand my order. I repeated the order several times and I actually said to them, this is what the sign reads and I quoted the sign Word for Word. They kept calling me ma’am and I had to repeat, I am not a woman I am a man. At this time they seem to be very frustrated and I said please don’t get upset with me I am just telling you what the sign say. Someone new came on the microphone and took my order. At the end of consuming the smoothie there was plastic in the cup that came up through the straw. I’m not real sure if that was done deliberately but the whole experience was horrible and I will never return and I don’t recommend that anyone patronize this smoothie king.
It’s as if this smoothie kings gets worse. It’s always been that the people can barely hear you on the mic. Then now the lines take almost as long as a McDonald’s line, 20-30 minutes in line all the time. Then the customer service depletes everyday. Also, the smoothies have no consistency in taste and product. Looked like they also had only 1 person working today.
