Elixir Roasterie is Mitchell's Starbucks but much, much better than a Starbucks. The food is healthy, most ingredients farm to table, and delicious! Coffee is fair trade high quality to help out small business coffee growers in Peru or Rwanda.
Great coffee shop downtown and open on Sunday!! I got a breve with white chocolate & cinnamon and my husband got a spiced vanilla cafe au lait. Both were delicious. They have 2 coffee sizes 16 oz and 20 oz. They also have a soups and sandwiches, we did not try them but I did get a yummy blueberry muffin!!
A neat little shop. Drinks were prepared as ordered, and the barista was very friendly.nnWorth your time to stop. They also had a little antique corner with items for sale.
Employees were cheerful and very helpful. Clean calm atmosphere. The food and coffee were amazing
