They are not lock smiths. They are door openers. Very poor customer service. I recommend anyone but these folks

Very disappointed with the service I received (currently waiting for the manager to call me back after I left a complaint). First - prices are misleading, when I called and asked for the rate I was told $15 to come out and $35 to start work. I assumed it would be more but the worker who arrived hiked the price to $120. How do we jump about 110%? I speak to the manager and they gave me the military discount for a price of $99. Second - The worker obviously didn’t know what he was doing. My husband and I waited for 45 mins for him to try and open the door. He was not successful. My husband went to neighbors house and borrowed a ladder and climbed to the second story and got us in. Meanwhile the worker is still struggling. He drilled a hole in the lock and still didn’t know what he was doing. My husband was not satisfied with the job and there was no sense of urgency. Third - I’m pregnant and was getting bit by mosquitoes and that is risky for pregnant women. Forth - I asked the man how much because you didn’t do the job. He looked shocked that I said that. Sir you came to my home and you cost me more money. What a WASTE! I gave this man $70 when I should’ve only given him $50. He did nothing but destroy my new door. I just want to warn others if they decide to go with this service. I would appreciate a refund or at least replace my lock since it was destroyed and the service was not completed.

Accidentally locked myself out of the house. I decided to call up this company in order to help me in this situation and it only took the locksmith around 15 minutes to get to my home. After just 5 minutes, I found myself back in the house! I just got very quick and professional service all for a great price! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Before carrying out the needed part replacement, he gave us the price. He did the job fast and neat. I couldn’t see any fault in him, great locksmith service

Very responsive on the call and text. They didn’t try to overcharge or upsell me. Will definitely reach them again if I need to. Despite the hot weather they remained professional and did the work in a friendly manner.
