Placed a mobile order for pickup inside the store like I usually do. When I arrived at the store, there was a hand written note saying drive through only. I tried to call the store but they had taken the phone off of the hook.(I guess they didn’t want to hear from angry customers.) I didn’t have time to waste in drive through so I guess I’m just out $12? Seriously disappointed in this poor service!
Great place to shop! Love the Publix. Stay away from partners they have new owners. That's why I give it 4 stars.
Fastest Starbucks around. Pro tip- When the drive-through is backed up which it usually is, order in the app pull into the curbside pick up, run in to the counter and it will be ready for you in no time. You will come out with your drink and smile at all of those people in the drive-through. ud83dude00
If you are going to provide curbside pickup, which you supposedly so, you can NOT place it on the side that the drive through completely blocks. Either put it on the other side or don't offer it. When it is pouring down rain and you can't even see the signs to see if the inside of the store is open, because that status changes on a weekly manner, there needs to be a better way of communicating with customers.
Nice staff and got my drink right the first time.
