The drive thru took 20 min. Maybe longer with 4 cars in the line.
Customer service wasn't good. They didn't give us any straws with our shakes. I said I wanted all sauces with our nuggets. I guess they were out of sweet and sour because we didn't get any of those. I asked them to repeat my order and nobody responded. Other than that, food was okay.
I was door dashing and the order wasn't ready. Had to wait 15 mins. Also the ice cream machine wasn't working. The staff was very nice and did put in extra cookies for the client because of the wait.
Drive through. 1rst time at drive through McDonalds was not yet open at 6AM.nCould've been a fluke.nToday, the drive through line was long yet brisk.
No complaints about this location but I think the Corporate Office should reconsider cooking the burgers to order as the did in the 80's. These type of establishment can do alot more revenue if they give customer true Hot food.
