My 1st time:- They have over night parking near security gate, they take 2 hour for unloading, but you don’t get unloading paperwork until you Remind them your trailer is empty Now give unloading paperwork , i got my paperwork after 4 hours.....nMy 2nd time:- i was late 1& half hour from delivery appointment, shack old lady she nice to me, she get me in, then they take 1 hour 25 mint to unloading
Always a drop and hook. You can rest on the property. I always get runs to Louisiana from them.
My husband called for directions and was given wrong directions when my husband called back the very rude woman hung up on him. You should hire more courteous people It was the woman on day shift that was rude. The lady that works in the evening is really nice
Was told when I picked up monday that I had a emergency relief load and I needed to get to my delivery asap show up here Tuesday to deliver had to wait till 6 for them to open when I pulled up to guard shack to check in rude guard coped a attitude and told me to come back at 8 in the morning Wednesday haven't dealt with dock yet but can already tell you I won't be back unless it's paying good
Beautiful place..check in with guard and sign in with p/u #.. parking is tight...but..slide your tandems back before you park ! Check in ar door #1... Staff was friendly...
