I do business there often it's a great place to store and very kind staff and manager I recommend anyone to go there .
I have used this place for 10 years on and off but when they had the fire in the units across from ours the units never got fixed - yes they are cheap - no they do not answer the phone - pay on line so you do not get charged a late fee but the place is continuing to run down and the grounds around it are unkept - will be closing it by year end - 10 years ago when I moved my father in with me it was nice and kept up - now my son uses it - sub standard but ok for a small storage place - hope new management cares more then the last people because they were rude to say the least
